The Deltic Group are looking for Social Media Managers to manage, maintain and grow the company’s social communities of circa 1.5 million 18-25-year old’s. Working across 58 bars and clubs, including well-known brands such as PRYZM, ATIK and Bar & Beyond, in order to deliver an increased engaged community that can be encouraged to visit more frequently.

As one of the largest operators, our vision is to be seen as experts within the late-night entertainment and bar sector, acting as the anchor for the night time economy in each town by delivering the highest levels of entertainment, standards and facilities

This is a new team of 5 that is being formed in order to deliver great content to inspire our social communities and deliver our social strategy.

  • To develop, coordinate and grow the companies social media community and deliver on our social strategy (circa 1.5 million people)
  • To manage the companies Social Media Forum and deliver best practice across the Deltic estate
  • To manage the implementation, use of and development of the SocialSignIn All-in- one Social tool ensuring consistency and sight of activities
  • To deliver campaigns across all social channels
  • To report on all social activity against a set of KPI’s
  • To liaise with the marketing team and deliver branded activity across the whole, or part of the estate and provide meaningful reports on effectiveness
  • To monitor and ensure compliance with the Deltic Group Social Media policy
  • To monitor competitor activity and/or any adverse social activity to any of the Deltic Groups brands
  • To dovetail social media activity with our online activity
  • To keep up to date with social media trends and new media
  • To create weekly reports that highlight improvement and deliverables
  • To manage the spend on social media advertising
  • Measure the effectiveness of digital and social media activities while undertaking experiments
  • Work effectively with stakeholders both in venue and throughout the business
  • Keep on top of latest research surrounding marketing techniques for key demographics including developments in neuroscience
  • Interpret data into insights that focus campaigns
  • Commissioning creative content (artwork etc.) with a keen eye on ROI
  • Liaise with third parties about national campaigns that benefit both parties
  • Managing and implementing paid media campaigns
  • Launching new social presences to ensure maximum organic reach and community engagement
  • Working with internal marketing team and external agencies to ensure synergy across all marketing channels
  • Keeping abreast of emerging digital tools and trends and how these could benefit and be swiftly adopted
