We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated Third-Party Business Executive to join our Central Sales Department at our HUB based in Rooksley, Milton Keynes. The role of a Third-Party Business Executive is to ensure the communication and processing of all third-party business is handled in a professional and friendly manner.

This role requires the commitment from an individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry and is excited to work in a fast-paced, fun and people focused role. It would be helpful for the Third-Party Business Executive to have experience in selling or delivering VIP parties and events.

The Third-Party Business Executive role primarily involves handling all incoming enquiries from third-party business including, Hen & Stag, Birthdays, Christmas and Corporate Private Hire in a customer centered, fun yet professional service.

At times, the Third-Party Business Executive may be called upon to assist with other aspects of the Central Sales department needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain relationships with all agencies through efficient handling of bookings, amendments and at times, attend meetings;
  • Handling enquires through inbound/outbound calls and emails using the MIRACLE formula;
  • Maintain customer service levels such as speed of response and excellent conversation;
  • Deal with day-to-day activities to assist the delivery of existing and new products to ensure agencies are happy and motivated to sell The Deltic Group products/ experiences;
  • Manage agencies finance process, handling and logging payments and refunds;
  • Be pro-active, creative and positive with their interaction of customers, venue management and HUB support departments and engage in the company’s sales culture; and
  • Review systems and procedures to ensure revenue is maximised, feedback on the successful delivery of bookings and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Measures of Success

  • Ensure all third-party bookings are correctly loaded into the booking system;
  • Increasing brand/site awareness;
  • Effective business maintenance and delivery through means of good organisation and communication;
  • Excellent Customer/ Business feedback internally and externally;
  • Corporate Database growth;
  • Third-party financial business growth; and
  • Application to work with a great attitude and motivation to assist in the growth of pre-booked business.

This position is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, working Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm with the additional commitment of shift cover at peak times in the Calendar year.

The salary range is £22k-24k per annum depending on experience, plus benefits.
