National Senior Sales Executive

We are looking for a talented and dynamic National Senior Sales Executive to drive a team of National Sales Executives towards success at our HUB based in Rooksley, Milton Keynes. This role requires the commitment from an experienced salesperson who is passionate to take on a challenging, competitive, and people focused role.

The National Senior Sales Executive role primarily involves pro-actively leading the sales performance of each Sales Executive to ensure a team target is met, as well as achieving/ exceeding a sales target of their own through means of high standards and a positive application to their role.

A key aspect of the role is managing the relationships and communication between selected venues across the country and their operations teams, in a customer centered, fun yet professional service.

Alongside the Head of Sales, they will devise and execute a sales strategy that fits the business plan of each venue to ensure all weekly targets are met and strive to maximise the use of space in a creative and profitable manner. At times, the National Senior Sales Executive may be called upon to assist with other aspects of the Central Sales department and must ensure they always represent the company in an excellent manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, train and motivate the Sales Executives with clear objectives;
  • Handling enquires through inbound/outbound calls and emails using the MIRACLE formula;
  • Maintain customer service levels such as speed of response and excellent conversation;
  • Deliver on new sales tactics to maximise selling opportunities across multiple venues, this may include tickets, booths, drinks packages, Christmas parties, corporate hire etc, as well as all key calendar dates and core trading sessions;
  • Interact with customers through multiple social media platforms;
  • Be creative and positive with their interaction of customers, venue management and HUB support departments;
  • Communicate clearly the pre-booked sales updates in a variety of formats, webinars, conference calls, presentations; and
  • Working to personal and team targets and Key Performance Indicators.

This position is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, working shift patterns between the hours of 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 10am to 9pm on a rotational basis.

The salary range is £22k-24k per annum depending on experience plus an uncapped bonus scheme providing opportunity of £32k OTE, plus benefits.
