The flagship property in Exeter’s newest Dining Quarter.

The roof top bar and restaurant has been inspired by some of the most stylish venues around the world. The design is centred around the roof deck with Cathedral views. Customers can expect an adventurous menu with personality using great quality locally sourced products.

As sous chef you will work closely with the head chef in driving this business forward. The lucky sous chef would ideally come from either a quality fresh branded background or large restaurant operation and must have good management skills along with a real drive to succeed and grow.

What we look for in our Sous Chef

In your role as a Sous Chef you will:

Have the skills, vision and personality to lead and motivate a brigade of chefs

Drive standards, quality and consistency

Support and be actively involved in the continued development of your team

Meeting food safety and cleaning standards

Work closely with the FOH team

Role

Previous experience as a Sous Chef

Ability to deal with high volume of customers

Good financial acumen for stock counts and dish costing to deliver GP’s to target
