eden is the company’s newest and most exciting concept! eden will be a leading brand in the sector owned by the Deltic Group, winner of the Best Late Night Operator Award in the UK 2019. eden is a beautiful oasis of amazing drinks, incredible food and the greatest club experiences. This 1700 capacity venue will be blowing people away all day everyday and until late on Fridays and Saturdays.
This is a full-time permanent role requiring some weekend work. The role of the Sales Executive is to maximise and grow the pre-booked sales of the venue by identifying opportunities to increase sales such as restaurant covers, drink packages and booths. The Sales Executive will be required to adhere to a strategic monthly sales plan, which is designed to meet the venue’s period sales targets. You will also be involved in big campaigns such as Christmas, Halloween & New Year’s Eve.
The Sales Executive will work as part of the venue’s sales team. You must have a great attitude and be confident speaking on the phone and face to face with customers. You will pro-actively attract customers into the venue as well as ensuring all daily enquiries are converted. You will be responsible for driving business relationships and converting these into bookings for the venue. You will also be involved in marketing and social engagement.
- Meet all weekly sales targets as clearly defined by the Sales Manager
- Complete & deliver all sales planning as and when required
- Collate the daily/weekly activity report
- Collate the daily sales report when required
- Ensure good social interaction
- Be presentable and professional at all times when engaged in Company business
The salary is dependent on experience.
