National late night bar and club operator, The Deltic Group has today announced its acquisition of The Terrace rooftop bar and club lounge in Exeter, from its current owner for an undisclosed sum.
The venue, in the heart of the city’s shopping centre on Queen Street, which has a strong reputation for its food, drinks and club nights, will continue to be managed and operated by Deltic in its existing format.
Commenting on the acquisition, Russell Quelch, regional director of Deltic Group said: “The Terrace is an outstanding venue with a well-deserved reputation for food and entertainment. We plan to build on its success over recent years with on-going investment and staff development, to maintain its position in the local area.”
The existing Terrace management team and 25 members of staff will continue to operate the venue and provide a superior guest experience.
“I am delighted to be passing The Terrace on to the capable team at Deltic. We have worked hard over the years to build a successful business and are proud of what we have achieved. It’s good to know that our exclusive rooftop bar and luxury club lounge will continue to be run as it is now and that customers will still be able to enjoy a great night out”, added previous owner Joe Hill.
